This place is just a commendable fit for a brief weekend stay in Haverhill with high value for money. The staff at the bar were friendly and really helped when we faced issues with our room keys. Be aware of the extra parking charges, as they can add up quick.

The room was quite nice and spacious with cozy decor, yet it fell short of expectations due to some cleanliness issues, including dusty surfaces and noisy surroundings. a lovely experience but could use attention to detail and improved soundproofing.

Great spot for a quick stay!
Had a lovely time here! The place was super clean, especially the bathroom. Staff were chill and super helpful—shoutout to Hallie for answering all my questions! Only thing was a bit of dust near the curtains. Free wifi was a plus, and I dug the cozy bar/lounge area too!

Great shower facilities.
The staff lacked proper training, making breakfast frustrating. I kept having to ask for basic items like milk and butter, and the selection was disappointingly limited. Even worse, the breakfast experience was marred by inconsistent availability, ruining what could have been a pleasant start to the day.

The breakfast was tasty with a good selection of local products, and my King Room had a fab modern feel! The staff were great, friendly, helpful, and cheery, which made it feel more like home.
The room could've used a deeper clean and the lighting in the bathroom definitely needs some TLC. Had a wee hiccup with the cappuccino pricing too, just left me scratching my head.

missingWrote a review on 05 Junspacious roommodern bathroomoverpowering musicslow breakfast serviceroom access issues
The room was a generous size, featuring a large, modern bathroom and a comfortable bed, making it quite enjoyable. the evening brought an overpowering volume from the bar area, which made conversation difficult, and not all rooms appeared to be soundproofed. Breakfast was good yet service was on the slower side, and I had to seek assistance from the bar staff after not receiving a key code prior to check-in. The provided energy bars were a delightful touch to have available during the stay.

I stayed for one night as I was in town for a family funeral. The room was nicely furnished and the bathroom was clean, which made for a comfortable stay despite the circumstances. I particularly enjoyed the tasty breakfast with a good selection of local products. the noise from the staff early in the morning was quite disruptive, which made it hard to get back to sleep after an emotional day.

I had a pleasant stay at The Suffolk. The King Room I booked was spacious and had nice modern decor. The room was clean, but it could use a deeper clean in some areas, especially the bathroom. I loved the locally sourced breakfast. it had a great selection of options, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I found waiting for breakfast frustrating since there was only one person managing orders and cooking. The room lacked a mini-fridge, which would have been handy during my stay, especially with limited service on certain days. Noise from the bar was an issue on the weekend, which didn’t make for restful nights. the staff made a positive impact with their cheery attitude, but the management could improve on service and cleanliness.

missingWrote a review on 29 Janspacious suitecentral locationcomfortable showerpoor cleanliness
The Deluxe Suite offered ample space and a decent shower with great water pressure. With a central location, it facilitated easy exploration of local hotspots and had an inviting ambiance that added some flair to the experience.
Checking in was a hassle with an unclear wait time. the official 3pm check-in turned into 4pm. The room needed better attention before my arrival—half-empty soap dispensers, inadequate toilet paper, and a lack of towels greeted me. I also found the TV channels inconsistent, with half of them non-functional. The bathroom light was troublesome, being broken on one side, and I discovered dust and stains in various corners of the room. mornings could be disruptive, with loud door slamming from staff making for an uncomfortable start to the day. While the provided wifi was free, it was sluggish and limited my connectivity.
